Patient Information

Weight Lifting Class

At Lakeway Sports Physical Therapy, you will receive one-on-one treatment from a Doctor of Physical Therapy for up to 60 minutes per session. This means that you will receive our undivided attention to treat the root cause of your pain, rather than the symptoms. Additionally, your recovery will be enhanced because the treatment will include advanced techniques, extensive education, and access to our state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment.

Unfortunately, insurance reimbursements are at an all-time low causing many traditional clinics to sacrifice quality care for quantity or volume care to remain profitable. This means that you may see a PT for 10-15 minutes and be passed off to a PTA or PT tech who do not have the same level of training to enhance your recovery. This diminishes treatment effectiveness, increases time and money lost, and can leave you frustrated and unable to easily get answers directly from your PT.

At LSPT, we could not make this sacrifice. Simply because we believe YOU deserve better.

“You deserve to Play Forever”

We do currently accept and process insurance from Blue Cross Blue Shield and Medicare. For all other providers, LSPT is considered an “Out-of-Network” provider.
What does “Out-of-Network” mean exactly?

As an “Out-of-Network” provider, LSPT does not accept your insurance directly. However, we provide each patient with a complete and accurate claim form that simply needs to be mailed to your insurance company for billing. The process is very simple and our patients have had no trouble with the process.

Please note that the amount of reimbursement is dependent on the agreement signed in your insurance plan. If you do not know this information directly, please call your insurance provider and ask about reimbursement and/or deductible application for “out-of-network Physical Therapy” expenses.

For any other questions about rates or the insurance process at LSPT, please call (512) 840-0444 or email to have your questions answered.
